I have more than 20 years of field experience in HR management, both in Belgium and at international level,  as in a number of areas such as services (The Bank of New York, Amrop/Borderless Executive Search), consummer Goods Industry (NewellRubbermaid),  chemical industry (Cytec, Novus, Hutsman) pharma/biotech (GlaxoSmithKline, Zoetis) and public sector. This has increasingly triggered my interest for the transformation of organizations and for human talent and development.

As an HR Business Partner, HRD and HR Consultant, I often had the opportunity to facilitate and foster organizational and cultural transformation projects arising out of changes such as expansion or strategic-and-business refocusing stages, acquisitions integration, delocalisations, restructuring operations and team setting.

My interest for the human side of business, helping people find their “right” place in balance with their personality, values and potential, their integration in the company,  as well as my interest for team cohesion and talent development, have naturally led me to working in training and coaching. At first, I was working on myself and then this grew into a professional activity. This led me to work with and inspire leaders and managers working mostly in a complex cultural and geographical environment so as to become manager-coaches. Parallel to this I have a private practice as coach and career coach.

I hold, amongst other, a Master in Human Resources Management from the Free University of Brussels (ULB). I am certified as professional coach, as Process Communication Coach (PCM®) and as change manager ADKAR (Prosci®). I work in French and in English.
